Eagle Eye Labs, Inc. (EEL) stands ready for an OTA (Other Transaction Authority) Contract under 10 U.S.C. 2371b, now 10 USC 4022, to Develop the EARS Prototype.

The statutory authority provides that OT shall be used to: “carry out prototype projects that are directly relevant to enhancing the mission effectiveness of military personnel and the supporting platforms, systems, components, or materials proposed to be acquired or developed by the Department of Defense, or to improvement of platforms, systems, components, or materials in use by the Armed Forces."

EARS meets and exceeds the stated Modernization Priorities & Goals of the United States Army.

Major Defense Contractors capable of Rapidly producing and deploying MIL-Spec Defense Mission Systems are sought.

Investors seeking Strategic Partnering are welcome to inquire about the immense potential of EARS.

In order to expedite Rapid Development and commencement of Deployment in under 2 years, Prototype Development will require a large Team of Subject Matter Experts working in parallel. 

Teaming with others having advanced sensors and other system components beyond TRL9 are sought.

Where possible, teams can work remotely during the initial development phases.

This will be followed by system integration in a secure, germ free environment.

EARS will apply AGILE Development Procedures in order to manage Rapid project completion.

Concurrent pre-production preparedness for manufacture during prototype development will be initiated in order to accelerate Deployment.

The Patented EARS Helmet will be a rugged, full MIL-SPEC Tactical device designed to meet MIL-STD-810H for reliable operation in all environments.

An OTA Contract is required in order to complete the EARS Helmet prototype, commence manufacture and deployment of EARS within two years or less ARO. 

Job Creation:

In addition to the many Jobs required for prototype development,

Each 100,000 devices Manufactured per year will create over a thousand or more new, long-term jobs.

Major Defense Contractors that Partner and Team with Eagle Eye Labs and assist in completing the EARS Prototype may then be eligible for a $500 Million Sole Source Contract to Manufacture the first production run of the EARS Devices. Possibly an even larger MTA.

Strategic Investors sought that want to participate in a project with Multi-Billion Dollar potential.

Manufacture of many additional Tactical EARS Helmets, Dual-Use Civilian variants for Police, Law Enforcement, Firefighters, Public Safety, First-Responders and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) may also follow.
